Multi session mediation is available in 2-hour or half-day increments.
All day mediation is available upon request. Evenings and weekends an be scheduled.
FEE STRUCTURE
The mediation fee includes initial intake, and preliminary document review before and after mediation.

Agreement writing is billed at an hourly rate of $200.00 if such preparation occurs outside the stipulated mediation session time. If an agreement among the parties is achieved in a shorter time than the prepaid service session, the remaining time will be applied, in whole or in part, to agreement preparation.
Multi-session mediation is available in two-hour or half-day increments. Full-day mediation is available upon request. Evenings and weekends can be scheduled.
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment must be made for your scheduled session(s) within three days (72 hours) of booking or the service session will be cancelled. Unless otherwise decreed by court order, the cost of mediation is shared equally between the two separate, participating parties.
Cancellation of a court-mandated mediation will result in a ‘no show’ filing with the court of relevant jurisdiction unless the cancellation is disclosed no less than 48 business hours prior to the scheduled mediation session (weekends and holidays excluded). For example, by 2 p.m. Wednesday for 2 p.m. Friday mediation or 11 a.m. Thursday for a scheduled 11 a.m. Monday mediation.
LKB Mediation understands that there are times when rescheduling may be necessary. Mediation sessions may be rescheduled provided the request to reschedule is made not less than 48 business hours prior to the originally scheduled session.
Failure to attend a scheduled session, or a notice of cancellation made within 48 business hours of the scheduled session, will result in forfeiture of a refund. Notice of cancellation made more than 48 business hours prior to the scheduled session will result in a refund of 50 percent.
